About

Daisy was someone’s pet but when she got old and started growing tumours, her owner tossed her into the street.  A rescuer became aware of this and she was transferred to a shelter.  She is now looking for a comfortable retirement home to see out her days in the UK.

She is NOT neutered and this cannot be done in Egypt.  She cannot be homed to a home with an entire male. She weighs around 6kg.

She had breast cancer and underwent chemotherapy in Egypt.

She still has a growth on her belly but the vets have said it is too risky to remove it because if they do it is likely to spread.

Daisy is a low energy and reserved little dog.  She gets along well with other small dogs, she would likely be intimidated by much bigger dogs as she is quite reserved in her nature.

She will need regular grooming and clipping as she grows a long coat.

Type of Home Needed

A home happy to adopt an older dog with cancer, that will need time to adjust and find her feet. A home willing to put the work into basic training and life skills with a dog.  Daisy will need regular grooming.
