Safrouta was rescued from the streets when she was around 1 month old.  She was in a very bad condition and her paw had been completely destroyed due to a car accident.  The vet had to amputate the leg but fortunately she survived against the odds and has made a good recovery.  She has had an eye infection which has left her eye misshapen.  It is not yet known if the eye will return to its former shape.  She weighs around 2kg as of May 24.

She is not yet neutered but this will be done before travel.
