She suffered a road accident and was left with a spinal injury.  She firstly had one hind leg amputated and has recently had the other hind leg removed.  She can travel once this is completely healed.  She will need wheels for her walks.

She is incontinent and will need bladder expression.

Elsa makes friends with everyone she meets and her rescuers say that she is the most wonderful and easy dog to have around.  She will be cat, dog and child tested on video once she has made a full recovery from her very recent surgery.

She weighs around 9.8kg and is spayed.
